So I decided to go on my roof of my apartment 2nite and catch the sunset. It was awesome. Also some of mountain tops near here are capped with snow. How can you not take pictures?

You can see my shadow in this picture /\

Can't tell I took these by myself can you??

I like them. Enjoy.

*Note: A huge apology to the 4 people who actually read this page that I haven't updated in 2 months. Please forgive me. If I have messed up your routine of life with checking this page, I am sorry. Hopefully this would put you back on schedule.

Reason for update: Valentine's Week! (Not day)

This was the first actual Valentine's Day that Ruthie and I got to spend together, due to us both being out of the country last year. So to start it off, I showed up to Ruthie's apartment with flowers, candy, and little teddy bear 8 am in the morning. She was sound asleep, so I decided to wake her up by sticking flowers in her face. She was very confused at first but then quickly became excited. So after she finally woke up a bit, I decided to make her breakfast.......

I made her a ham and cheese omelette, bacon and cinnamon rolls...

Those are the flowers I got her on the table. Mom, aren't you proud?!!?

For the gifts we got each other, I drove out to the official rainbow sandal store in San Clemente and got her very own rainbow sandals. Finally! Then...She made me the most awesomest card ever! It was a huge card with the story of us with using sentences and pictures. It was freakin' awesome!

Can you read it??

She also got me some Ghirardelli chocolate and a dinner to the Olive Garden!

As you can tell we were very tired and excited at the same time :)

After the morning we both had classes and junk so we didn't really have anything plan until that night. This is where another surprise came. I took her to Huntington Beach and we had a bonfire together while eating pizza! I also brought some sparkling apple cider but forgot a bottle opener. There were tons of couples there on the beach also so I ran around looking for a bottle opener. I found another couple in the same situation but another couple over heard me and offered theirs. They were nice. So we had our pizza, sparkling cider and I brought my laptop out there. I brought Ruthie's favorite movie "Emma", so we watched that for 10 mins and wanted to do something else. So I turned some music on and we just relaxed while taking some pictures....

We are so silly....

So that was Valentine's Day...but however...this wasn't the end of Love week....

The Friday after which we had off from school, Ruth, her roommate Stephanie and I decided to take a little morning/afternoon hike.....

Man, nothing can top the wonders of God's creation and nature. Everything was so free and non-industrial. It was so nice to escape the cloud of smog that were are enclosed in Azusa. I can finally breathe fresh air! It was so peaceful! This hiking trail was awesome because it led us to a wonderful........

Waterfall! Can you find me??

Of course these two cute girls had to put their little toesies in the water...

It was a great way to start the day! It was great exercise too!

However, the night was the great surprise that Ruthie has been waiting for, for like last month or so. She had no idea that we were going SWING DANCING!! That's right, we went dancing for the night. It was great! We took beginner swing lessons for an hour before we got to dance to a live swing band called Phat Cat Swinger! They were amazing! And of course...we had to dress up all swing like...

We now know how to swing dance!! We danced for like 4 hours! It was great! The band was amazing! They were all dressed up too and man they can put on a show!

The Phat Cat Swinger! They are all about my age or a little bit older. Very good!

Well that was Ruthie and I's Valentine's Week! Amazing time! I Love you babe!!

For the rest of the weekend Rob and I had watched Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 and 3. Great childhood movies! Great memories! "Thou who ding the shell must pay" I love it!

Go College!

Nates new favorite show: LOST!

So last week was Les Femmes, our school dance, where the girl has to ask the guys. Surprisingly, my hot girlfriend Ruth asked me to go and I said yes! We ended going with my roomate Rob and his fiance Heather. So Rob and I told the girls we would take care of dinner before the dance. They thought that meant we would find a restaurant and take them there. HA! That's what they thought! We told them to meet at our apartment and we would drive them to this "restaurant". When they arrived, to their surprise, we weren't there and there was an envelope waiting for them. We set up a scavenger hunt up around the apartment with clues to where they should meet us. While they were figuring out their scavenger hunt, Rob and I were setting up a picnic with candles, christmas light, and Chinese food at a camp that Rob used to work at which overlooked the city of Pasadena. So it was a great surprise for the girls.

After the dinner, it was onward to the dance. It was held at a classic car museum! Very cool!

The museum had so many cool cars...like the batmobile!

and a lot of hot wheels!

The Pope was also there.....

Overall, it was great night! Plus I slept very well....

The next Friday Ruth and I spent over 15 hours at Disneyland!! We are awesome!!

That's where the tree is if u didn't know

Arent we cute?

This one is for you mom! Its a small world during Christmas!

We love Disneyland!

If you can't tell, we are very very tired in this picture..this is the last thing we did for the day. Since it was veteran's day, the park had to stop selling tickets because it was too full! Disneyland was too full! Still an amazing day!
